I always perform proper berry feedings on anyone who has interacted with me, as well as anyone who is on my pal pad or who has added me to their pal pad. I also always filter out exploration pokemon to make sure I give them proper berries as well. Otherwise, its a mass click free for all!
I try to log on every evening (UK time), and at minimum will click the above groups even if I'm too busy to play properly.
