Rei is a very powerful individual. She can take down pokemon larger than her with ease. She guards Kari's Ranch, and protects all its residents. Although she may be a bit timid at first, once she get to now you she is very sweet and friendly. She treats everyone fairly, and believes strongly in "Innocent until proven guilty." She has been with Kari since she started taking care of pokemon, and is one of Kari's best friends. Her partner is Rai, and they plan on having child of there own to raise on the ranch.
